Pretty much impossible to get through via phone call. Always busy tone or the line cute off! Very frustrating. And they never have any appointments even if you call at 8am! Will be changing surgery asap

Excellent care from all staff and very helpful. There is easy access to premises and a pharmacy outside. Now has online booking for some appointments, also offers some telephone consultations and flexible appointment hours but they always seem prepared to offer appointments if necessary.
